The HB microtec® deburring mill range complements each other perfectly and offers the ideal deburring tool for every operation. For example, when deburring, the Actionmill Lollipop® saves valuable production time by providing complete deburring on the machine. On request, HB microtec® also designs custom-ground special deburring shapes. This means that different diameters, lengths, shapes, and the number of cutting edges can be adapted to your requirements.

The HB microtec® ACTIONMILL® T-SLOT is exactly the right all-purpose tool for finishing T-slots thanks to its performance and versatility. The ACTIONMILL® T-SLOT is characterized by outstanding service life and above-average cutting values. The positive side effect for you: shorter throughput times and no more tedious tool changes.

Medical technology—surgery and dental medicine in particular—uses screws and screwdrivers with a star-shaped wave profile with six rounded cams for screwing in screws. Designated as internal hexagon or external hexagon according to ISO 10664, the profile is generally known under the brand name TORX®. The advantage is that the star-shaped profiles transmit significantly higher torques than other wrench shapes with comparable diameters. However, it has been costly and time-consuming to manufacture small star profiles in particular.

The 305° ball end mills are universally applicable with 3 cutting edges, and all deburring operations can be carried out thanks to the 305° cutting range. The Lollipops are available with ball diameters from 0.8 mm to 10.0 mm and with two different coatings. With the ACTIONMILL® Lollipop, even hard-to-reach angles can be reached thanks to the stable and long neck.

The Lollipop cutter is suitable for front and rear deburring, for all possible internal and external contours, as well as for intersections on drill holes and milling operations or slanted drill hole exits. This makes the ACTIONMILL® Lollipop the perfect deburring mill.

The new ACTIONMILL INOX groover from HB microtec is a plunge and ramp milling cutter specially designed for plunging at extreme angles. With the new groover, the same milling cutter can be used for roughing and finishing.

This means that users can now ramp up to 70°, full groove, and plunge vertically 90° (drill) with just one milling tool. With high cutting values and cutting depths, while maintaining consistently excellent machining quality.

The HB microtec® ACTIONMILL® INOX-CORD/-HPC/-Finish/-Trochoid mills are perfectly adapted to the respective tasks. Due to their geometries with internal cooling, all four types of mills are suitable for all titanium and stainless steel alloys. The mills are characterized by their above-average service life.
